Sandakhphu trek >>>> Camping trek

Day 01: Drive to Rimbik, overnight in trekking lodge. 5/6 hrs. Drive.

Day 02: Rimbik – Rammam: Trek to hamlet of Ramman along a lovely open river valley through small settlements, then through cardamom forest, and finally, climbing steeply to reach our campsite on grassy sward with lovely views. Overnight Tent.

Day 03: Rammam – Molley: Trek to Molley, quite a steep climb through forest, with lovely trees and our first Rhododendrons. Pleasant campsite just above trekkers hut near crest of Singelila Ridge. Overnight Tent.

Day 04: Molley-Phalut-Molley : Day walk to Phalut and back to Molley. Pleasant walking on or near the crest of the ridge. Possibilities of wonderful views of Kanchenjunga and adjacent mountains. At Phalut, Mani wall marking junction of Sikkim, Nepal and Bengal borders. Overnight Tent.

Day 05: Molley- Sandakphu: Trek to Sandakphu following crest of ridge. High camp on the ridge. Superb Mountain views. Overnight Tent.

Day 06: Sandakphu-Tonglu: Trek to Tonglu. The path twists around, dropping right down to Gairi Bas before climbing once more to reach camp. We pass through wonderful forests with superb Magnolias, Rhododendrons and many other shrubs. It is a good place to recall the travels of the great 19th century botanist Joseph Hooker. It is also a great place for birds. Overnight Tent.

Day 07: Tonglu-Manabangang-Darjeeling:Descend to village of Manabangang.Passing through beautiful forest and drive to Darjeeling.

Total cost trek per person will be for whole trek. Darjeeling to Darjeeling all transportation. Price includes trekking guide, cook, kitchen helpers, ponies all camping equipment i.e. tent ,dinning tent, kitchen tent, toilet tent mattress, sleeping bag and ponies. All meals are included during trek. Camping fee are included. Services start from Day 1 to Day 07 till drop to Darjeeling. National Park Wild life fee and camera fee is included.
