The booking rights rests only with Darjeeling Cab Services.

 

All package cost and other rates including independent hotels & transports are calculated as per the prevailing costs. The company will reserve the rights to amend the quoted price due to changes in fuel cost, transport rates, currency fluctuations, hotel rates, Government Taxes etc. Hereby empowering the company to add on to the quoted price and charge the client accordingly, before or during the tour.

 

During your sight seeing tours, we have taken care to select hotels which are comfortable whilst keeping the cost down. Majority of the rooms will have private bath or shower. The hotels will either be those shown in the final itinerary or of the same category. Maximum of two adults will be permitted per room.

 

All baggage and Personal items at all times and under all circumstances will be your responsibility. We will not be responsible or liable in case of theft or robbery of the said items from the hotel.  

 

Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/vehicle during your stay shall be payable by the clients and Darjeeling Cab Service will not be liable for the same.

 

Only first aid medical facility will be provided if any accident, high altitude sickness or mishap. But if the guest wants to take Insurance then they can fill the forms in our office for insurance at an extra cost. We will insure your Tour and Treks with us. Evacuation cost in case of emergency will be extra. Medical services will be on extra payment.

 

In the event of any Natural Calamity, War, Civil Disturbance, Strikes, Bandhs etc The Company will refund only after deducting the expenditure incurred on the travels.

 

Booking for Package Tour, Monastary Tour,  Bird Watching / Wildlife Safari Tour and Forest Camping must be made well in advance at least two months before your arrival. So that the company gets enough time to work on the tour itinerary, find the best accommodation to stay and get the best mode of Transport.

 

All Sikkim Packages are subject to rules & regulation of the Government of Sikkim.

 

Full payments has to be made before the Tour in advance. Payments should reach us 30 days in advance from the Tour date

 

Cost does not include the Camera Fees to the Nationla Parks.

 

Cancellations Charges: Before one month 30% of the total package, Before one week 75% of the total package cost, Before 5 days 100% of the total package cost, No refund will be given in case of no-show or any unutilized services, Such as unused transfers, meals, sightseeing, hotels, trekking and Package tours for any reason.
